Overview
CZL series Vertical Centrifugal Pump is a high-efficient, energy-saving product successfully designed by means of adopting the property data of IS model centrifugal pump and this products is strictly in accordance with ISO2858 .This serious are widely used in high building water supplying system, agriculture, irrigation system, garden, mining industry, food chemical air condition, firefighting etc.
Features
1. Easy to install. The inlet and outlet is located on the same central line, the pump can be directly mounted on any part of the pipeline just as a valve. Covered with a rain-proof cap, it can be used outdoors.
2. Double runner design: Part of pump body is double runner designed for reducing the radial force. Then prolong the life of mechanical seal, motor bearing and impeller.
3. No leakage Mechanical shaft seal design: the CZL series are using different high temperature/ corrosion/ wear resistance of imported titanium alloy shaft seal ring for different usage.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to open pipeline system, the rotation parts of the pump can be pulled out by removing the screws on the pump.
5. According to the needs of flow and head, the pump can be used in series or parallel operation mode.
Working Conditions
1. Suction pressure ¡Ü 1.0***, the maximum working pressure¡Ü 1.6***, and the pump hydrostatic test pressure ¡Ü 2.5***.
2. Ambient temperature < 40 degrees, relative humidity¡Ü 95%. Altitude<1000m
3. Content of solid particles in the medium per unit volume does not exceed 0.1%, particle size < 0.2mm.
Note: CZL serious are the third generation of ISG, the installation dimension are same as former. If the medium contains small solid particles, please inform us before production, we will use the wear resistant material for sealing.
